clan future

listen guys its not a secret our clan is diff then it used to be..
many "old fasion" players are inactive, and there are only those bunch of ppl who's on everyday
we all very pro and all but we cant be a winner clan as long we keep this way

we need new spirit, new members.
i say we should start recruiting new ppl to the clan, lower lvl req to like 90, english speakers.
fill the new player with items their lvl will keep them motivated and loyal to us.
for myself im getting more old pt friends to join mpt but there gotta be someone to help them out the tough beginning till md1

another thing,
clan chat is barely alive no one talk anymore, when someone talk many times no one even answer even if there are ppl on
we gotta show it like its active unless ppl getting bored.

if there are someone lvl 112 begging for md2 party i believe we can move our parties to md2
most of our md3 trainers are extremely high lvl anyway..
and like dre posted on rules section, this is a sharing clan so share ur XP not only items
the more higher lvls we got the stronger our clan is!

I totally agree with all of this. Although we must maintain our image, so i think we should also put rules in place that make sure our noobs dont stay noobs forever lol. For example we dont need to be recruiting players that just run around and get owned in BC, and cant lvl past 105. What im saying sounds very rigorous but especially with the new lvl 30 cap it might be necessary.

I also make sure that if im leeching my fs, i always let other people come party. As long as they dont mind my fs leeching lol But it is very important to make sure that we all make sacrifices in some sort of way to benefit our lower lvls to motivate them to become the strongest clannies. We are only strong as a unit.

Also it might be a good idea to make sure we dont end up recruiting fifislayers 2nd chars or something. Maybe.

this should be the clan spirit, everyone willing to help everyone no matter what it takes
ppl in clan giving ordos to each other to mix, so they also can get stronger.. thats the real fun of PTing

Well, now we know, that some people weren't here for what the clan offers, but only for the BC crown. That is why we probably lost many people, and hopefully tomorrow at BC, we will regain the crown.

kk tbh I Didnt ready the whole thread, but the first three lines of mela first post.... and I'm available for party with anw, whenever Im around md's... I certainly do not enjoy leveling, but I can help... just dont harrass clanies askin for exp or try to leech after asking to party for exp cuz its just nonsense...

P.D.: If ray aproves it, theres a mage available to exp ur main chars....

I want to take a look at that mage, he seems interesting...

Someone should make a topic on MagicPT forum letting ppl know we are recruiting. But definitely we must focus on building our clan as a whole. Its good to see there a some ppl in clan that are all on the same page about clan etiquette.
